Partner Bruce Gudin Appears on “Ask the Attorney”

Partner of the firm Attorney Bruce Gudin appeared on the September 23rd episode of “Ask the Attorney,” a weekly web show hosted by Alex Alexander featuring prominent lawyers from various sectors. The show is featured on the website “I Want a Buzz,” a marketing and news outlet from Buzz Media Group.

During the virtual interview, Attorney Gudin touched on topics such as the state of the court system during and the COVID-19 pandemic and what it’ll be like afterwards, the backlog of landlord/tenant cases since the beginning of the pandemic, and the court-issued directive to schedule these cases for virtual litigation. He also touches on whether landlords can act themselves if they believe the court system is taking too long to hear their case. As the saying goes,, “justice delayed is justice denied.”

Attorney Gudin has been practicing law since 1989 and has lectured on landlord/tenant law specifically, so he is highly qualified to speak on the subject. He also focuses on debtor and creditor law, credit and collections, and evictions in New Jersey. Attorney Gudin has also co-authored The Guide to Landlord-Tenant and Related Actions in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
