Attorneys Gudin and Reed to Speak at Seminar on Landlord and Tenant Law

As such, we are proud to announce that attorneys Bruce E. Gudin and Derek Reed will be speaking at an upcoming continuing legal education (CLE) seminar for Lorman Education Services entitled, "Landlord and Tenant Law in New Jersey."

This continuing legal education seminar is worth 8 CLE credits and is designed to help give clarification on how to perform key property management duties seamlessly. Attendees can get tips on screening potential tenants, complying with state and federal nondiscrimination laws, and executing an eviction legally – if the worst should happen.

Attorney Bruce Gudin will be covering “Planning Ahead to Avoid Tenancy Problems” and “the Fair Housing Act.” Attorney Derek Reed will be discussing “Taking Your Case to Court.” Attorney Gudin is known as a leading practitioner in the areas of residential and commercial landlord tenant law, and has been a regular lecturer on the subject for 20 years. Attorney Reed also has extensive experience in landlord and tenant law, he presents seminars to the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and he provides legal counsel to numerous landlords and to the New Jersey Property Owners Association.
