Kevin G. Desai is a senior associate attorney at Ehrlich, Petriello, Gudin, Plaza & Reed P.C. who concentrates on civil litigation, including commercial, real estate and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Desai is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Desai focused his practice on the representation of corporate clients in the areas of mortgage default, bankruptcy, creditors' rights and post-foreclosure sale evictions. During his time in law school, Mr. Desai was a judicial intern for the Honorable Stephen J. Bernstein, J.S.C. in the Essex Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
