Josean R. Otero is an associate attorney of the firm who concentrates in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on Landlord/Tenant and commercial litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He regularly appears before courts throughout New Jersey on behalf of corporate and individual clients.
Mr. Otero graduated magna cum laude from Montclair State University in 2014 and attended University of Maryland School of Law, where he was named an editor on Law Review and graduated in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Otero focused his practice on the representation of clients in the areas of creditors' rights and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
