For over 20 years, Anthony C. Mack has litigated complex civil and criminal matters before the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York with a heavy concentration in criminal defense, personal injury, civil rights and wrongful death cases.
In his criminal practice, Mr. Mack has represented a variety of clients from entertainers to politicians in both State and Federal Courts. He has tried over 40 jury trials and is often retained by other attorneys as consulting counsel in major cases. He has also represented juveniles accused of major crimes in Family Courts throughout New Jersey and he has an extensive track record of representing individuals in both the prosecution and defense of domestic violence matters.
In his personal injury practice, Mr. Mack has represented the victims of negligence in a variety of matters from slip and fall accidents to wrongful death claims against private entities and municipalities. He has also represented individuals against police departments for violations of their civil rights.
Additionally, Mr. Mack has defended multiple municipalities and government agencies throughout New Jersey in a variety of claims and lawsuits filed against them. He has also served as a municipal prosecutor and public defender in several of New Jersey’s busiest courts and he is also an experienced disciplinary hearing officer where he rules on the disciplinary actions for county employees. Currently, Mr. Mack serves as the Executive Director of the Newark Parking Authority.
