Nathan Lam joined Ehrlich, Petriello, Gudin, Plaza & Reed, P.C. as an associate attorney in March 2021. Mr. Lam handles a wide variety of cases with a concentration on landlord-tenant and general civil litigation matters. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York and New Jersey. Mr. Lam strives to provide vigorous and efficient representation tailored to the needs and goals of corporate and individual clients alike. He has experience in all facets of litigation, including representing clients in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Mr. Lam earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2020 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Seton Hall University School of Art & Sciences. While in law school, Mr. Lam was a judicial intern to the Honorable Joseph R. Rosa, Jr. (ret.) in the Bergen Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
