Insurance Law

We represent individual and commercial policy-holders who have been wrongfully denied insurance coverage or benefit payments in cases involving disability, automobile, health, homeowners, life and general liability policies. Our attorneys undertake all legal action necessary to compel enforcement of insurance contracts and recover damages caused by the insurance company, including those caused by "bad faith" and unfair practices.

We also represent individuals and businesses who receive inadequate or unsuitable insurance coverage, or suffer a lapse in coverage, due to the negligence or "errors and omissions" of their insurance broker.

Often, such insurance coverage deficiencies only become apparent after the occurrence of a loss leaving the insured without any legal defense benefits. In such cases, our lawyers will defend against the third party claim or lawsuit, while simultaneously pursuing the responsible insurance company or broker for damages. If you are interested in putting our legal experience to work for you, please contact Jeffrey Plaza at 973-718-2229 (Ext. 119) or by email at Jeffrey Plaza.
