Ira Levy concentrates his practice in tax, business, estate and real estate. He is our founding partner.

Alan Ehrlich is also a Certified Public Accountant, and for over thirty years has concentrated his practice in tax, estate, probate, business organizations, business transactions and family law. He has lectured for the Bar Association's Tax Committee, and is a Past President of the Tax Committee.

John Petriello has concentrated his practice in civil commercial litigation for thirty years, in trial and appellate matters in state and federal matters in New Jersey and New York. He is a practitioner and lecturer in construction law. He is a member of the Construction Law and Business Law sections of the New Jersey Bar Association.

Bruce Gudin is a leading practitioner and lecturer in the areas of residential and commercial landlord tenant law. Mr. Gudin also practices and lectures on other real estate and related issues.

Jeffrey W. Plaza has over fifteen years experience successfully representing individuals and businesses in a variety of complex state and federal litigation matters involving family law, commercial litigation, criminal defense, and personal injury law. Mr. Plaza is an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and serves on the Bernard Township Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Stephen F. Cea has been a Supervising Attorney for Northern New Jersey for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. He has extensive real estate experience, representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial matters, and has been a successful advocate in real estate litigation. He has appeared for zoning matters for clients such as Burger King and Subway. His experience includes applications concerning major corporate developments, affordable housing development and condominium conversions.

Derek Reed concentrates his practice in civil litigation and family law. Mr. Reed has represented clients in divorce, child custody and guardianship proceedings in the State of New Jersey. He has also extensively lectured on various issues of commercial and residential leasing and real estate law and is an adjunct professor with Middlesex County College teaching techniques of trial testimony and administrative procedure. Mr. Reed advises numerous property owners relative to the New Jersey Hotel and Multiple Law and their compliance issues with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs ("DCA"). He appears before the courts of New Jersey, New York and United States District Court, District of New Jersey.

Sam D. Han was a legal intern at the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, and a legal intern at Burberry Limited. He has practiced in the area of intellectual property. He has also appeared in many court proceedings for landlord tenant, collection, and business matters.

Anne Ward has worked at the office of the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York. She sits on the Planning Board of the Village of Ridgewood and was a member of the Village of Ridgewood’s Historic Preservation Commission. She is an experienced civil litigator who has handled a broad range of matters including commercial, land use and zoning, sex discrimination claims, and real estate litigation.

Andrew Sobel has been a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Maria M. Sypek, Presiding Criminal Judge, and a legal intern for the Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh, Judge of the United States District Court. Mr. Sobel was also an Assistant Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Shrewsbury.

Erin R. Ehrlich was a legal intern with Honorable Jose Linares, Judge of the United States District Court, and a legal intern for Carroll, Guido & Groffman, LLC, in New York City. She additionally was a legal intern in the litigation department of Universal Music Group. Ms. Ehrlich's experience ranges from civil litigation to transactional matters.
