Mr. Han is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey and of the State of New York, and is admitted in the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, as well as the Southern District of the State of New York.
Mr. Han is a graduate of Rutgers College, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey. He earned his Juris Doctor degree at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York, New York.
While attending law school, Mr. Han was a legal intern at the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). At the CFTC, Mr. Han assisted senior trial attorneys on current litigation issues concerning the nation's futures markets and conducted research on constitutional and jurisdictional limitations under the Commodity Exchange Act. Mr. Han also has experience in the area of Intellectual Property (IP) as a legal intern at Burberry Limited. At Burberry, Mr. Han was involved in drafting compliance agreements, as well as negotiating and preparing settlements with junior mark users in cases involving the sale and/or manufacture of counterfeit Burberry merchandise.
