Sam D. Han Esq.
Mr. Han is an associate with the firm's litigation department and is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey and of the State of New York, and is admitted in the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of the State of New York.
Mr. Han has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants with leasing of retail and office space. Mr. Han has experience in a wide variety of lease transactions including build-to-suit, major tenant and retail strip-mall leases, and has also represented landlords on retail leases involving "big box" tenants. Mr. Han also has experience in civil litigation, landlord/tenant, creditors' rights in bankruptcy proceedings, tax appeals, real property tax appeals and other real estate related matters.
